Fileliq vs Filenava: one operator, or a tenant
Filenava is a document operations workspace: seats, shared jobs, ROI copy. It has no public hostname to send. We name the product. We do not invent filenava.com. Fileliq is you, the queue, this domain — fileliq.me. If you do not have a team rail to staff, do not buy a workspace story.
Who is at the keyboard
Fileliq: a person who wants shortcuts. Guest is fine. Account is for quota and history. Filenava: owner / admin / member, BUSINESS plan talk, 10 GB files as a pitch, audit trail. Different buyer. Same controller.
If you found Fileliq, you probably wanted speed, not a procurement deck. Stay in convert. Leave Filenava as a name for when a desk exists.
We will not link a Filenava host. There isn’t a public one. Product name only. fileliq.me is the URL you can actually open. That is not a slight. It is inventory.
UX: topbar versus rail
We are a topbar plus queue. They are a sidebar plus tables. Their crumb says workspace. Ours says JOB QUEUE. History here is yours. There it is the desk’s. Do not import a rail you cannot staff.
Batch at personal scale
Fileliq batch is one human, many files. Filenava batch is many humans, one queue. Shortcuts on help are for a single pair of hands. That is enough for most folders. A team OS is not ‘more Fileliq’. It is another product.
If you are the only person who will ever download the output, a tenant rail is overhead: session pills, workspace labels, a BUSINESS conversation you will not have. If a colleague must pick up job 14 after you leave, a personal queue is a single point of failure. Measure that, not the darkness of the theme.
Privacy / tenant
Short retention on guest jobs. We are not a records system. Filenava will talk subprocessors and seats. Footer still names Giannico Costantiello. No extra company appears because the nav is a rail.
Power user versus B2B
Fileliq = power user. Filenava = B2B / ROI. Pricing here is personal plans. Their BUSINESS line is seats. If you do not need seats, our table is the honest one.
Office / AI
A BUSINESS badge does not fix PDF→Office. Lossy. pdf-to-docx still needs a human. AI is coming soon on catalogs, not live. Do not write it into an RFP as a converter.
Stay on fileliq.me
No outbound to Filenava — there is no public host. Queue here. Read tools. Controller in the footer. Next file.
A specialist with a keyboard is not a rota. If you are that specialist, Fileliq is the cheaper story: guest convert, then account, then history that is yours. If you are covering a shift, a personal dock is a bus factor of one. Filenava is the name of the workspace product. It is not a URL we can print. Do not invent one. Do not staff fileliq.me with shared passwords and call it a tenant.
Procurement decks that ask for ‘the dark one with shortcuts AND seats’ are asking for two products. Answer with two sentences. Same P.IVA. Different buyer. Then come back and enqueue the file that is actually on your machine, which is why this hostname exists.
A workspace is not a faster queue. It is a different buyer.
